I like to use this build on doctor since making survivors go to tier III madness interrupts their healing so they have to snap out of it and then heal for a second time, absolutely nasty

Tried this build with Blight, but I used Iron Grasp to make sure I could hook at the basement. It's great, because survivors are ALWAYS way too confident and don't expect you to be running that perk, so they expose themselves way too much. I had one guy say "who hurt you?" at the end of the first game I tried this build on. FUCKING SAVAGE Sloppy Butcher + Coulrophobia + Distressing + Iron Grasp = extreme cruelty nsfw

Nice, I was just talking yesterday about running a Bad Medicine loadout for Doctor that's really similar to this. (Coulrophobia, Distressing, Sloppy Butcher, and then instead of Unnerving Presence use Overwhelming Presence or Septic Touch or Franklins.)

@@jagermain389 Sure thing. With Septic Touch anybody who heals within your terror radius is Blinded and Exhausted while doing it plus an additional 10 seconds after they stop. (It’s kind of like Fearmonger but for healing.)

My go to "No healing allowed" build goes something like Gift of Pain (so survivors that heal get punished) Sloppy (cuz hemorrage and stuff) Plaything (Being injuried and oblivious is a bad bad thing). And any fourth slot, lethal/thana/thrill of the hunt (for plaything)/pentimento whatever goes well with your killer

I like the Executioner because like the Doctor, his power can go through objects, so you can hit survivors from behind a wall or other means of cover. Indoor stages are a nightmare for survivors against a Doctor or Executioner.

I been running gift of pain instead of sloppy butcher. As when they get tossed on that hook it gives that sloppy butcher effect on top of if they do get healed they get a massive penalty to healing speed and gen repair speed. So acts as double slow down with 1 perk.

This gave me an idea for a build instead of survivors trying to heal each other what if they are scrambling to find one another? Use Third Seal with undying and the survivors will need to find others especially if you put them in a cage of atonement

Yesterday I faced a Doc with 3rd Seal, Knockout, Distressing and Coulrophobia with both Calm add-ons on Léry's. It was such a boring match. I don't know what was more annoying: Coulrophobia or all the slugging he did..... He only hooked me, so I don't bleed out.

I'd swap Unnerving for Nurse's and play it on Wraith. Use the brown add-on that always gives you a TR even when cloaked and a Coxcombed Clapper to make it so they never know when you're gonna uncloak to begin with. Pure confusion
