This is perfect. I win the LottoMax I buy this. Screw penthouses and mansions, the view is perfect, the location is perfect. I've seen suites in buildings up and down this street including the rooftop penthouse at the other end of the block, all of them are great but the one on the very end is the one I really wanted to see, now I see it and I want it.

True Story; 1991 during a fireworks show some guys asked my friend for a beer, he said no, they got in a fight, I jumped in to break it up and some dude roundhouse kicked me in the head, KOd, out for 30 seconds felt longer. Happened on this front lawn.
