Thank you so much! :D The song is sung by Xavier Naidoo (there is another version with him and the band "Söhne Mannheims"). The name of the song is "Und wenn ein Lied meine Lippen verläßt". Xavier Naidoos songs are always EXTREMLY poetic :-)
