Love the caveat/explanation.. but no need to excuse.. when I watched the show, I used to notice how Kirk, Spock AND Bones all complemented one another, but especially Kirk and Spock (Spirk), love the new nickname! Yes, I think there was more than just friendship perhaps, but there is such a thing as 'agape' which in the Bible refers to 'Higher love' really, it doesn't necessarily mean they had a homosexual relationship..
