It has always bothered me that between 0:56 and 1:03 there are no camera angles that are showing Feferi's face. Like, Feferi is being killed here, yet the artist doesn't seem to feel that showing her face is important enough, like she is some kind of generic enemy that doesn't deserve close attention. I mean, it's obviously just a storyboard mistake, but it's interesting how much this detail affects the perception of the scene. Great animatic overall

Despite their portrayal, still love Eridan, still love Vriska. Took me a while to get over Kanaya killing my favorite character, but I love her again now. And Terezi... I guess I can't blame her. I blame Hussie for the bs just death about actions made in a different timeline completely. I mean, couldn't Vriska have died and resurrected or whatever once Terezi took her into "custody" and Vriska missed her opportunity to doom the timeline? Come on Hussie, you're killing me here.

The actions of alternate timelines do not affect the morality of the alpha timeline. And Vriska's death was completely Just. She killed thousands of innocent trolls and had the intent to kill everybody when she went to kill Bec Noir.

She had the intent to kill Bec Noire when she left, though she did know the cost of failure. And you are thinking too much with human standards of life. On Alternia, Vriska did what she had to do to feed her lusus, and no one batted an eye, because that was socially acceptable of one from her ranking on the hemospectrum. That is what made Flarp work. She killed thousands of innocent trolls? Yes, but who is a human to call out their way of life as bad? Had she needlessly killed them, it may have been different. And all I was trying to say with the original point was I personally felt like her permanent "just" death was perhaps a bit too sketchy for my taste.

Eridan_Serket You're thinking as if the game worked by Alternian rules. However, it doesn't. Sburb has a video game morality. It has set rules that go against philosophies for the sake of a balanced game, in theory. The game saw that she had killed innocents. Therefore, even though that was acceptable in her daily life, Sburb did not care for their rules and gave her a Just rating from the start.

Good thing they didn't play Sburb, rather Sgrub. And the game itself doesn't hold such black and white morals. According to cannon, Vriska's death was deemed just by the game because had she gone everyone else would have died. It is not a matter of how many "innocents" she killed prior to that time. The game did not punish her for being one of the more violent trolls.
