I am not sure where you live but most places are different some places you have to be 15 others 13 or so to get a tattoo. She also might have gotten a pin and needle tattoo. Idk you or ur friend so I could be wrong.

Yailenys can’t the airline refund you and compensate you for losing your reservation at the hotel because once that happened to me and I spoke to the top manager and showed receipts and they refunded me for the flights and my hotel

If you get a tattoo just make sure its in a spot covered by clothing if you don't want it seen. Bone hurts but so does muscle. The pain depends on the area. I have them all over
