When you start waking up into the Dreamworld, when you dive in and start considering yourself an InSomnia, that warm feeling of attachment to random strangers stems from the positive values embodied by not only the 7 idols but also the team behind them. What gives it that special flavour though is how Somnias embody these values too. When the first win was allegedly robbed, we didn't blame instead congratulated them. When a comeback doesn't get a win, just like how DC celebrates the winner, we congratulate them and anticipate the next comeback. When someone doesn't like the music/concept style, we say "Thanks for giving it a shot" instead of calling it an attack. What makes this place a little easier to call home is how we're bringing ourselves up without pulling anyone else down and I hope we continue to strive for the peak with our heads up high because damn.. we all know just how good they are.

I went to their concert in Orlando, Florida in December 2019. During the chorus for Deja Vu, the crowd took over. Siyeon held out the mic but pulled it back expecting us to be done at some point. We kept going for that moment and blew her away. The music had stopped and they all stopped singing for us to carry the chorus. Siyeon looked back at one of the members in shock. While we definitely weren’t as interactive of a crowd as the others in the states and Europe were, that one moment was so cool. It was electrifying. I of course was screaming my head off the whole time and was worried the girls thought that we didn’t like their performance but oh man for that one moment, we were all unified. It felt so cool.

I have been a Filipino InSomnia since April 2020, so I'm still relatively new to the fandom. As an international fan, I could only do so little to support them through their music/content. But I'm already so proud to say that I'm glad of being part of their journey, as we all are. Dreamcatcher's journey is really something. They've stepped on quicksands and ventured on wastelands to get where they are today. After more than 3 years of still having no music show win, putting out beautiful content that gets unnoticed by mainstream K-Pop, and almost disbanding as MINX. *They still went through it all.* And I'm so appreciative of their effort, time, creativity in their music, and their personalities, and I know they're just as appreciative of us. I'm so thankful that they never try to be what mainstream K-Pop wants them to be. I love them because they try to be different with their music and concept. They bring something new to the table, and continue inspiring us to achieve our dreams and make us feel welcome and appreciated. I'm also very thankful for being part of a beautiful, peaceful and great fandom that is continually wishing for the girls to step on them lmao jk. Stanning dreamcatcher is like destiny for me. But i think this story of mine was kinda funny. I have a friend that stan two girl group one is Gfriend and one is Dreamcatcher (That time the only girl group that i stan is gfriend). She make a lot of status abt both of em. It was piri comeback and she was going crazy with the comeback. I've heard a little part of the song and it was nice, but after we lost contact i forgot about dreamcatcher totally. Like I don't even remember their group name. But...looks like it was my destiny to stan dreamcatcher. When i was preparing to go home after school suddenly piri played in my mind, the part 'pirireul bureore' keep repeating in my mind. I couldn't remember the name of the group and the song. But one word came to my mind *'dreamcatcher'* at that point i think i really should to search for them. After i went home I immediately searching about them. All of their song was so good, they have such a uwu personality but on the stage they're like a whole different person. Andd that was how do i stan dreamcatcher. Somnias are actually the most hardworking and dedicated fandom I've ever known. There is always a connection between us all. i remember hearing about dreamcatcher before debut, and being intrigued. Following them since then has brought nothing short of miraculous change in my life. Their ballads have become my lullabies, their title tracks my anthems. I've sat in my room at night fighting against the idea that i am alone and unloved only to see a new release from them and remember that even though we're so far apart, their love for me is unconditional. Through surgeries and pandemics and depressions i've felt like they're here hugging me through their music. Seeing them care about handong as she was stuck in china this past year is how i know they truly care about each other too. I look forward to when the pandemic ends and they can come to the US for actual concerts. I've already written drafts of letters to them which is not something i'd do for any group i love. our connection is deeper than the ocean depths and through all the metal and rock sounds their music has given me a new sense of romance for life. That's something wholly unique.

thanks for the video. . some moments that made me tear up are... i never thought that the girls were packing candies for insomnia by their own hands. and even distributing on their own. thats so touching. when jiu said at their concerts somnies leave having sore throat. i can feel the bond. when a fan said to siyeon not to try so hard. well we somnies always care for their health(you can feel in the comment section of official channel). even when sunrays is hitting on them during fan signing, they were so immersed in fans. how handong didnt let the fan without candy. the expressions while reading fan letters. when siyeon just sat down to play with a fan during concert. how they let fans sing the song and kept enjoying it. i wish i could be that blue dress fan, could lift or being lifted.lol how they shout out with delight at every little things insomnia do for them. and the last(but not the least), literally they're speechless each time they wanted to show us how much they love us. and we can feel how much they're thankful and how much we're thankful for their existence. When i first joined this fandom, i was amazed like... if i joined a fandom or a family. yeah we're always been a FAMILY. i cried everytime i watch this video. lastly a video- struggles of kim soekjin of bts- made me cry this harder. and after that this video... i truely envy you. keep it up.

I am a new InSomnia and just started stanning them three months ago, and I have never seen a group as free-spirited, as crazy, and as sincere as Dreamcatcher. Add these qualities up to their ultra talents and breathtaking visuals, and what you get is the mixture of this perfect bunch of girls. This special relationship they have with their fans is just so genuine. I may be new to this fandom, but seeing these clips already proved this fact. We may have failed to give them their first win for this comeback so far, but they are still the first in our hearts. Their final promotion week is still there, so we must continue trying and let's work even harder in their future comebacks. It should be super priceless to see them in that encore stage. This journey has been amazing so far, and I look forward to where this road will lead us. Upon joining this fandom, the single regret I have is that I did not do so a lot earlier.

I've liked Dreamcatcher for a fair while now, but it's with their last two comebacks that I've really come to appreciate them the most, because their songs have started speaking a vital message in addition to being entertaining musically. Knowing how genuine they all are and how they've never given up on being themselves even when they haven't gotten the recognition they deserved, I just want them to succeed more than anything in the world. They're just now beginning to get that recognition, and every time I see it, it makes me smile like a little kid. All we need now is to get Handong back and have them finally get that first music show win, because when that happens, it's going to be the ultimate triumph of perseverance by the girls and loyalty and cooperation by the fans. I recently became an insomnia and seriously I got so attached to them this video made me so happy and proud of dreamcatcher I hope one day I will be able to do stand in front of the members and say thankyou for making our life so precious and happy we love you dreamcatcher we insomnia will be till the end with you guys 😭🤍

2020 I Stan dreamcatcher and made a promise to myself..I want to be InSomnia till I die , end of time.. and wants them had 1st win .. Ya I'm really glad I'm on this journey.. road to they 1st win is really special to me... although is stressful..and challenging for me..but it's worth it and fun tho . Reading these comments made 2 years ago by Insomiacs. OMG so heartwarming. Thanks for being there 2 years ago. The fanbase is growing, with new Insomiacs each day. I don't go back that far. I was still stuck under the proverbial rock. Now I love our queens. Amazed by the Insomiac Community. Mad repect for Dreamcatcher the company. Dreamcatcher has my heart! And I'll admit that the reason why Boca wasn't on my radar with that hair color at first was because I thought she had more of an orange tinge here (contrasting with her iconic cool pink look in the MV). watching this video was soooo heartwarming, they're so good :(( i've been an insomnia since their debut and dreamcatcher have been my ult group (and now the only group i follow) since then and i was lucky enough to go to their concert in portugal in february 2018. i went to the airport to greet them the day before, there was only a few of us there and yet they were so happy to see us and our welcome signs. i called jiu as they were walking out of the gates and she immediately walked over to me to receive the letters i wrote to each one of them. i remember one of the people who were there gave sua a bouquet and she was so thankful for it. they were all great, really great, we walked side by side as they made their way to the cars. there was no pushing or pulling, no disrespect, i talked to all of them, siyeon in particular so i could ask her to say hi to a friend of mine who couldn't make it to the concert and she did it so happily, waving and smiling to the camera (if you were a fan back there you might have seen the video or the pictures, she was so adorable her eyes went all wide and she smiled so big when i called her name and said hi). after they got to the car, all of us stayed back to wave them goodbye and as they waited to leave, they (and staff) took some pictures of our signs. after they left, so did all of us. i didn't hear anything about them being followed or stalked here, which makes me very happy. going to the airport and welcoming them is great and i'm sure they're as happy to see us there and we are, just remember to be respectful: they're tired and its a public space! the day of the concert was as great. i got there at 8:30am and was like the 6th in line (i had a vip ticket). we spent the whole day listening to their songs (and some other groups) and some people were dancing outside which some staff also recorded (and they later talked about at the concert). we had the fansign event first and i cried the whole time i cant lie hfjdsklfs i couldnt say much because i was crying so i just told every single one of them that i loved them, i remember telling yoohyeon i was at the airport and gave jiu some letters and yoohyeon suddenly went "oh!" and pointed at siyeon (i remember her letter particularly well because i wrote something like "you've made it siyeon. dreamcatcher isn't going anywhere." because a while back, siyeon said she felt like she had failed as a vocalist because minx weren't able to succed) so i'm guessing they read the letters in the car or the hotel. i don't remember what i said to jiu at all but i have a video of the fansign (this is a joke for legal reasons) and she was smiling so wide at me that everytime i see the screenshots i feel like crying all over again. sua was the last one and i remember it so well because as soon as she saw me she went "oh my god so cute!! don't cry!!" and yes i cried even harder after that hjdfkhlgkfd. the concert was amazing, they started singing wake up live even before going on stage, i remember gahyeon leaving the stage for a little while because she was crying and the energy was so so so good it felt like home. after the concert was over we had the hitouch event, i was the last person to go because i just wanted that day to last forever. i was crying again (by again i mean i hadnt stopped crying at all) and for those who havent been to a hitouch event its very fast, i couldn't say much because well it was a hitouch and i was in TEARS, so i just told them i loved them again and i thanked them for the concert and that i'd wait for the next. ok this was long but i just wanted to share because these girls are so dear to me fhdskfjdskhs now that our fandom has grown a lot, i hope we can maintain this level of trust and understanding. it amazes me how much they've grown since then and i get so emotional everytime i remember that it was only a few of us back then in that concert (we weren't even able to get merch because mmt decided not enough tickets had been sold) and there was already so much love but now there's even more and i'm just so happy for them, i truly am. and now that handong is finally back i'm so excited to see what's next for them.

Piri was my first comeback, since then I've always have high hopes for their songs every comback. Rooting for them is the best thing that could happen to me. As international fan I really want to do more for them and I will continue to do as much as I possibly can and I hope every insomnia would try their best too! Ps. This vid is a killer tho.
