I have been doing the same operation for years on Samsung inverter washing machines. I have already repaired 50 controls and use an automatic desoldering suction pump from ERSA. However, I have to say that the micro controls are programmed. The hardware is always the same, but the data of the micro controls is not. If this is broken, then unfortunately it is a death sentence.

Microcontrollers are NOT sold pre-programmed by the OEM. These are universal components, used in different machines with different functions and operational requirements. Unless you managed to purchase the microcontroller from the manufacturer of the AC directly, after they have programmed it specifically for the model of card and AC. Its not as simple as you've shown.
