Hi👋🤠; I have been in the professional Electronics repair field since 1973 Including USA Navy Department and N.A.S.A. Well, your soldering is pretty good. However, there is a faster way. 1: Put the PCB Vertical, 2:Use a small amount of adhesive to secure the i.c. aligned. 3:Start at the upper i.c. pin and melt your solder in direct contsct with both the pins and iron tip in a quick even downward motion...(FLOW SOLDRRING) .4: Repeat above procedure for remaining sides of the i.c. You will get a "MIL SPEC" Result every time😉👌...And Don't forget to clean the remaining flux off the board using an appropriate Electronics Solvent🤨🧐
