I think it will b reversal of above case, Say (₹/$) AFR > FFR, means $ is overpriced in forward market. SELL $ forward, BUY $ spot. How will you buy $ spot, by borrowing ₹ . Hence the steps would be- 1. Borrow ₹ 2. BUY $ Spot, using ₹ 3. Invest in $ 4. SELL $ forward I hope this answers your query.. Correct me if i missed anywhere 😅
