In Spain, any folding knife is called “Navaja” so the name for this specific knife is “Siete muelles” (seven springs) due the seven characteristic “clac, clac” noises when is unfolded

Just so it's clear: 99% of navajas are waaay smaller than these, and are utility knives, to be used while on the country to cut cheese, bread, to ease harvesting... They were never really intended to be used in fights/wars any more than a pocket knife.
