Forged VQ37VHR build part 19, installing heads, oil pump, and upper pan

This will be the first built VQ37VHR that i'll document. I'll toss in every bit of information so that maybe more people will feel a bit less intimidated by building these themselves. This will be released in multiple parts since there's a lot to cover, so please sub to stick around to see the rest! Time for another VQ owner to go fast!
Part 19, we will get the heads torqued on the block and take care of the oil pump and upper pan. Hopefully some of you get some ideas from this vid. Comment with suggestions! Thanks!

Great Video.. What difference does it make if going with OEM head gasket as opposed to something like HKS?

The OEM doesn't have the entire surface coated like an HKS or other aftermarket MLS-R variants.

Do they sell block guard for this engine?

Cylinder support system sells a CNC insert. It's like a block guard but much more precise fitment.

Would 105 be okay for 625+ head studs

Yes. I torqued mine in my G37 to 110.
