ma'am ek case h forgery se related but mujhe wo smjh nhi aa rha, Please explain kr dijiye... in Balbir Kaur V. State of Punjab, the allegation against the accused was that she furnished a certificate to get employment as ETT teacher which was found to be bogus and forged in as much as school was not recognized for the period given in the certificate. However, the certificate did not anywhere say that school was recognized. it was held that merely indicating teaching experience of the accused, per se, cannot be said to indicate wrong facts. so the direction which was issued for prosecution is liable to be quashed.

Respected Mam, thank you very much for the valuable information that you have provided in the Video. I want to ask you one thing , if a accused is falsely implicated in a case and also the accused have not prepared any forged documents rather the main accused in the case have done forgery. The Co-accused who is falsely implicated in the case is shown as VICTIM as well in the charge sheet after the final investigation by IO. Is that Co-accused is still liable to face the charge under Section 471 IPC or he will get discharged from the Honourable Court as he was not having any guilty intention. Kindly let me know Mam

Dear madam, Iam a Respondent on a case in high cout of Kerala. The petitioner produce a sale deed as first exhibit. Case was a civil writ about paddy land and wet land act.the petitioner wants to show their land is a dryland so he produced sale deed .but discription of land showings it is a wet land so he produces a another deed part there show it is dry land.is it a forgery case
