Ingredients for this delicious and easy spinach and cheese stuffed filo phyllo dough yufka puff pastry
4 sheets of ready-made phyllo dough
500 g spinach
2 medium sized onions
1 capsicum
Absolute
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
to oil the phyllo dough
80 ml of oil
100ml of water
yoghurt sauce
3 eggs (keep 1 egg yolk for the top)
4 heaping tablespoons of yoghurt
Half a teaspoon of baking powder
half teaspoon of salt
100 ml of oil
40cm radius tray
200 g feta cheese (You can use any cheese you want)
