It's really crispy and delicious. You don't have to dip and fry the chicken in a lot of oil any more!!
Ingredient :
1. Chicken thigh meat
2. Egg 1
3. Potato starch
4. Bread crumbs
5. Green onion
6. Crushed red pepper
7. Salt, pepper, ginger powder, red pepper powder, minced garlic

Nice idea. I will try this recipe if I buy chicken. The egg on last can be funnier when it disappears, like magic (because the "abracadabra" spell[?]), and the spatula goes confused for "where does it gone?".
