RECIPE:
4 red onions.
2 zucchini.
Grate on a coarse grater.
Salt.
Mix well and let rest for 10 minutes.
4 eggs.
Salt.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Squeeze excess juice out of the pumpkin.
Black pepper.
Starch 3 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
3 medium tomatoes.
Make the cuts.
Pour boiling water over it.
Leave on for a few minutes.
Now the shell can be easily removed.
Remove excess moisture.
Dill.
Chop finely.
Hard cheese 100-120 gr.
Salt.
Mix well.
Line a baking pan with parchment.
Carefully transfer the vegetable pancake.
Add the filling.
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
That's all!
It is very aromatic and incredibly tasty!
