English test, PRES can be substituted with USMLE 1and 2, PLAB 1 and 2 AMC. (PRES level 2- like plab 1, . 320Euro, PRES 3 (interpretation exam). LABS/ECG/XRAY etc, PRES 3 CLINICAL- like PLAB 2. ). All exams must be done in Dublin.

Should I complete my surgical residency training here in Ghana then move to Ireland ( after mrcs and fellowship exams in UK) to work as a surgeon, or its better to do the PLABs and move to Ireland and work on specialisation there... ( what are the chances of getting a surgical training post)

As far as i know physician associates in the Uk do a bachelors degree in the uk yet physician's assistants in Uganda for instance do a diploma. So they are not comparable and they would have better luck if they get more qualifications
