São 2! Faço lâminas, estudo bastante e nunca havia visto têmpera com ar comprimido, nem no canal desse brother, que já vi uns 20 vídeos ou mais. Porém ficou excepcional! Com o mesmo padrão lindo de uma têmpera seletiva usando argila, barro, etc. O fato de deixar a lâmina presa, evita que ela fique empenada, e a dureza ficou aparentemente ótima (com certeza ficou, esse cara só faz peças incríveis e se liga em cada detalhe). Enfim, mais uma que eu aprendi, e vou tentar reproduzir com certeza!

Why put flux on solid steel? In my training I learnt that flux was for helping two pieces of steel bond and why weld all along seams easy if air can escape between layers?.

A very interesting video showing the knife-making process in detail. The knife, or rather a type of sword (due to its size), is also impressive. Just one note - this is definitely not a kopis. Its blade shape rather resembles a Bowie knife
