If Biren Singh is really sorry after killing more than 200 Kukis, burnt down more than 100 villages, burnt or looted above 5000 houses, displacing more than 40000,... Then he should do the following: 1.Immediately suspended policewomen who used violence against women who protested the encroachment of their land at Saibol, 2.Recommended immediate separation between Kukis and Meiteis, 3.Take responsibility and fully recompensate the lost of lives and properties because of his incompetency, 4.Then resign after doing the above three. 5.Then willingly surrendered to police for his crime against humanity since his second tenure. If not he is just bluffing on New Year eve. Because action speaks louder than words...
