Forgiveness is a process, and usually, it's a long process. I 've never met people who forgive quickly and easily. Without God's help we would never be able to do this, but when this happens, we will feel the difference.

I find it hard to forgive I'm very sensitive and over think . For example was my 50th the other day some family members and so called friends never bothered to wish me a happy birthday and all I feel is anger towards them. Silly to most I know but I always try make an effort with people . Thanks for your videos.

Hey Stevie, looking good brother! Unforgiveness is like drinking poison expecting it to poison the other person. I still have things in me that I "mind fight" about with other people, bitterness and anger, and have to go back to the simplest of facts, that God made all of us, and loves all of His creatures. No one but God chose for us to be here. It doesn't always make forgiveness easy, but just try praying that God save the person, and supplicating for their benefit will help. And, Gratitude, thanksgiving, and asking God to glorify Himself. Just over two weeks off of the cannabis, and it's been rough, I haven't been feeling well, and hope that it will soon pass.

One fruit of The fruit of the spirit is longsuffering- suffer long with people. And if any one struggles with unforgiveness then ask holy Ghost to help us forgive- and also remember how much we have been forgiven - which humbles us enough to forgive. God bless you 🙏 ❤
