Let's get it! A little late but I am READY! Gonna edit this comment after I am done being taken away by Mash ~ Okay first: Your outfit is Mwah! Fabulous. Second: At this point, you are literally a master at Meditations / Hypnosis. This messgae of forgiveness is powerful. There are a few or if anything, many things a lot of us wish played out different or wish never happened. We come into a place of self hate by not forgiving ourselves and repeating the loop of regret and sorrow. But the more we hold onto what is done, we give it our power and keep suffering. Acceptance / forgiveness can help let that pain go ~ It might feel cringe at first or like it's not working, that's normal and okay! But please, whoever is reading this, forgive yourself, no matter what happened was meant to happen. No amount of regret or wanting things to change will ever take it back, but accepting them in and forgiving yourself will set you free. It's not fair to your past self for blaming them for things you now have knowledge for. Be easy, be gentle, and most of all, be loving to you. Amazing message, amazing energy and amazing subliminals in the background. This was a special visit to our inner child.. you always know how to get me emotional.. and yet feel ever so loving.. bloody hell.. Thank you, Masha

C'était traumatisant. C'est le 1er mot qui me vient à l'esprit, pourtant je me refuse de penser qu'il sagisse de traumas. Je n'arrivais à rien visualiser jusqu'aux mot "les moments que tu souhaites qui n'aient jamais existés" : à ce moment, j'ai eu un flash. J'ai tout vu. Il me manque encore beaucoup de souvenirs, mais ce que j'ai vu était plus clair que jamais auparavant. Oui, j'ai pleuré, je n'ai pas honte ; ça faisait très longtemps. Je vais bien, mais il y a toujours ces moments, ces fautes, qui me reviennent et me rappelle à quel point j'ai été stupide, égoïste, naïf, dangereux, en danger.

Не могу взволить свою проблему на друзей или родных, я обязан справиться с этим сам. Я ловлю тригеры от музыки, запахов, вкусов, времени суток. Вся моя жизнь была завязанна на совместном будующем. А теперь этого никогда не случиться, никогда. Просто ничего нет. Я случайно увидел ваше видео в тик токе. Через некоторое время я сново почувствовал что нуждаюсь в просмотре. Я смотрел и думал что же мне приносит спокойствие, не понимал. И вдруг до меня дошло. Спокойствие, умиротворение. Я давно не слышал такой тишины. Никогда раньше не смотрел ничего подобного и не верил в медитацию. Не могу сказать что сейчас верю. Но я знаю что это меня утешает. Я слышу в ваших словах тишину в которой так нуждался, а ещё в прощение. продолжаю слушать и надеюсь что когда нибудь я буду тоже услышан и понят. Спасибо тебе Маша.
