First real experience of some sort of hypnosis, I think. Overwhelmed by a powerful urge to lie perfectly still, and my arms felt simultaneously heavy and weightless, with a desire to sink back into the trance every time I thought about leaving it. Unfortunately couldn't quite make it to sleep, but very nearly there and will probably drift off very soon, just thought I'd share this, since I found it so fascinatingly deep
