I have to forgive one of my siblings because of his stance on religion and gender. I thought he was the same person who got baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, but I realized how much he changed and his perspective on everything. I forgave him but I realized how much his words and actions hurt and affected me. I pray that I let this go so it doesn't turn into resentment, hidden anger, and bitterness.

I need to forgive someone who hurt my heart. I cared about them and they ghosted me. I’ve been trying to release my resentment even after forgiveness but i realize that my want for a relationship is an idol that i need to repent of. I feel like I’ve truly tried to let go of that want but it feels like it’s always there. I don’t want to idolize it but i can’t seem to remove it completely.

Someone I need to forgive is my mom for hurting me in multiple ways . I can do this by remembering how God forgave me and my pride. ❤

Glorious Day Everyone~When love resides in your heart it becomes easier to forgive. I did not ever know that being a forgiving person made me different. Not until I shared with others that my belief is that everyone should be given a second chance. Being angry is so distracting and painful. Thank you 🙏🏾

I pray we all can get through what we silently express or loudly express. Forgiveness looks beautiful on the children of God. Never forget ! Thank you Jesus 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Matthew 18:15-20 talks to conflict resolution. Matthew 5:21-26 speaks about the offender doing their part. Please continue to incorporate these scriptures.

I need to forgive myself, but I feel that I am undeserving of that forgiveness. My heart feels troubled and distressed. I know we are never too far gone, but it’s hard for me for me to remember that. I feel God’s forgiveness and understanding but I resent myself.

Happy Anniversary!! Y'all are such a blessing to so many! Thank you for all you do! For those who do feel like they're unworthy of forgiveness, the song "Forgiveable" by MercyMe is such an encouraging song and amazing reminder that you are still Forgiveable! I need to forgive a classmate that I thought was a friend. Everytime she asks me for help I get mad. She called me her close friend a lot of times one semsestwr we had lots of classes together. But once we stopped having classes she switched up and had weird energy with me. I realized she was just using me as her personal tutor. I’m trying to set boundaries and forgive because I have used people before Christ. I need to to give help but also have wisdom when giving it,I know we need to put people before us but if we know they’re using us to their adavantate I think it’s appripate to set boundaries. But I pray the Lord gives me discernment and wisdom and forgiveness in my heart because he has forgiven me for many many ugly sins

Thank you for sharing this important message as you have given myself and my sisters something deep to think about, we want to make sure that when we ask for forgiveness that we know that we must share that forgiveness with others in our lives. Thank you for changing our mindset on how to see the gospel as a way to show others forgiveness is the better way to live our life today. 🙏🙏🙏

I have to forgive my cousin. Almost every time he visits, he takes something; last year it was a birthday gift from my mom. I've convinced myself I have forgiven him but thinking about it hurts deeply. Maybe these gifts and materials are my idols, and I need to let go.

Is it wrong, that when you ask the question "who do I need to forgive". I honestly feel like there is no one right now. But I also feel that may be prideful of me to say. Could you help me out?

Look up grace forgiveness by Pastor Joby! He is the pastor at the church of eleven22 and preaches exegetical (from scripture). This sermon also about forgiveness.

Forgiveness is truly divine, and it often requires God’s strength to forgive someone who caused deep hurt early in a marriage, especially if that pain continued over a decade filled with emotional mistreatment. If they promised to change but ultimately returned to their old ways, it can be incredibly challenging to forgive and let go of such a toxic relationship. How can you start to heal and move forward when a relationship has impacted your self-worth? Where does the journey toward forgiveness begin?

I have a question regarding what Alex said about anger. “because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.” James 1:20 NIV This verse states that human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires, so although anger from God would be out of love, can we say the same for human anger?
