You just made me unintentionally forgive every single person that has wronged me. And I'm a person that even prides himself that holds grudges. I always thought that people who have wronged me would owe me in the next life, that's part of the reason I haven't forgiven anyone. But I never once thought that they were friends that were trying to help me... all those years wasted on grudges... I need to take a walk now. Thank you.

Dear Hans, this explanation is beautiful and spot on. I discovered this truth when I kept finding that people I deeply cared for would repeatedly shut me out and after feeling upset, confused, frustrated and angry, I asked why??? And the internal answer I received was exactly what you stated in this video. The answer was that each one, in their own way encouraged me, however forcefully to love myself and stop seeking it outside and each refused to love me in order that I should find that I am the love I was seeing through them. When I found this to be true, I no longer needed it from them. Then the pushing, shutting me out and other ‘perceived’ hurtful behaviors simply vanished in one way or another. They served so well that I learned to love myself by their refusing to fill the void that could only be filled by me. This is a profound teaching on the depths that love will go to teach us of our own true nature. Thank you my friend. Anna - 💖🌟💖🕊🙏🏼✨💐🤗

I see from the comments that lots of people didn't understand/wasn't clear with the explanation or didn't resonate with the video. I suggest you research and learn more about it. It's too long to explain it here. There is much more to this than what it is in this video. Forgiveness also is a process, a journey. It does not happen quick. I started mine about 2 years ago. A spiritual teacher explained it to me. I understood it with my conscious mind, but it was still hard to do on a soul level. In my case I needed to forgive my parents and my culture. I cleared lots of things out with the help of a healer (you can't really do this alone) and I still felt there was a bit of a left over. Once, I cleared everything out (hurt, pain, anger, resentment etc.) I was free. I finished about three month ago and my life has completely changed., because not being able to forgive holds you back, makes you sick etc. When they say forgiveness is for the forgiver, this is what it means.

I asked for a dream once about the main purpose I was here on earth. I was shown in a dream that night. I was in a beautiful place and walking past many people who I felt I knew. Some were people I'd known who had died. I walked for a long way across a meadow and finally came to a street sign. I looked up and was at the intersection of 7th and 70th streets. How many times should we forgive? 70 times 7. I enjoy your insights very much. Thanks for posting them.

Although Hans hits the point, we need to do the internal work and then everything will be clear. Understanding intellectually and truly understanding with your whole heart is completely different. If you just try to understand theoretically, it’ll just make you more confused and trying to convince others is just an endless mind game. True understanding comes from your heart and once that’s accomplished, you can forgive anyone. Best of luck to everyone

When harm is done one can forgive all one wants but when a situation arises that is similar to the one that caused harm, one remembers. One can't forget. It will never be the same again after the harm. One will learn to stay away from those that harm and there for no forgiving. Forgive one self for being in a terrible situation and learn not to be there again. Now if the harming persons says they are sorry for causing harm then one has something to work with and amends may be possible.

This is a toxic teaching, he is just an example of what should not be done, and it is the test of the child who is beaten, sometimes the children do something (because they do not understand how to act sometimes) which leads them to become victimized. Being a victim of something is a fact not to live by but to recognize. you have many experts nowadays talking about the effects of PTSD on the brain, the behaviors and the future of people that stay in patterns that they are unconscious about. Not only the ego is hurt but the soul also. It suffers tremendously (if you are really connected to it you would know) there are facts of the souls and there are facts of the body that soul lives in. I personally believe that you are kind of setting aside the second one, specially that we do not live in a much spiritual world. Forgiveness comes after having expressed the anger (by talk, expressive therapy, a physical activity...) and all what another person has inflicted on us and we kept inside, be conscious and aware of what happened, otherwise we might be victims again and again. And this is not related to karma...this is related to abuse and patterns.
@blackattackcat5 жыл бұрын
Not forgiving the abuser or the thief or the drunk ties us to that negative energy. Letting go of it, frees us. Break the chains and forgive. Forgiveness is a gift to ourselves, not the abuser. Once you have forgiven, remember the abuser or the perpetrator of whatever was probably acting in concert with the way they were treated, you have broken those ties of like attraction. Free yourself. Peace my friend.

Love your videos, don't know about this one. I agree that someone can mirror how you feel about yourself and can be doing to you what your doing to yourself on the inside. However this abuser I had must be a mirror to every women he's been with and I guess he made a few soul agreements because he abuses every women he's involved with. I was 18 when he abused me, so at 18 I can only think that I felt bad about myself internally because I had been molested at age 4 then again at age 8. I can say that after this experience I never allowed any man to put his hands on me. That was one and done. Anyway that's all. Love your videos either way.

Exactly! I just commented on how outrageous it is for him to NOT take the victim's perspective and experience into consideration. When a person we’re to make a soul pact with you, they take on a “difficult life”; this difficult life is full of struggle and pain, because to cause another pain is to cause the self pain. You still have forgiveness to learn. The problems that the human sees as “tragic” or “inhumane” to the soul is actually the catalyst that pushes us forward as a spiritual being.

This is very difficult subject to take in. How I see is, NOT neccessarily I did identical acts like the victimizer internally or in the past life BUT HOW I deal with the negative acts done on myself is the key point that I need to resolve. For example, learning to understand self and meaning of being by enduring the suffering or learing to forgive and being compassionate for the ignorant people, victimizers etc. I had hard time to understand 'the concept of mirror image' but I came to the conclusion of my own which is I will be bothered if I still have unsolved issues. If I don't get bothered consciously then the problem would not happen to begin with.

Many people are distracted by the physical-world ABUSE, but remember that this is actually about learning FORGIVENESS, which is a divine quality associated with LOVE.

I want to forgive one and all after listening this video

You don't remain a victim the minute you love yourself and you walk away don't confuse forgiveness with abuse and people that are mentally ill or possessed you going in a totally different area and that's not healthy.

Please if you could clarify- wouldn’t the soul / person hurting us to teach our lessons make more karma for that soul while doing so ..? How would that be explained please .. 🙏🏼 thank you

How about children? So as a very young (3yrs old) child, my mother beat me, so I brought that on myself.

I like all your videos except for this one totally resonated with me I get the idea of forgiveness but my ex-husband beat the crap out of me and killed my children while they was still in my stomach he was an abusive horrible man I'd say the brother of the devil really horrible I didn't deserve that yeah maybe they were warnings and I shouldn't have met him and married him I left him immediately after a year but there is so many people that stay and continually get abused I am a counselor so kind of resonates but kind of doesn't so also children pedifilers they don't.. these people are mentally ill now you're going into a totally different area people that are sick or possessed by demons that he just inflict harm or they want to kill those souls are tormented they're not here to teach us any lesson okay have a nice day!

What if its in a family unit? Like 1 parent or 1 child and its affecting all. How do u know which member is feeling bad n making the perpetrator behave like this and what can other members do or there is nothing they can do?

Grew up in an abusive family. My siblings saw my parents abuse me and jumped in on it. How I overcame it was to learn about the dynamics behind it. When I realized my parents were abused themselves growing up, I realized they were also victims. Forgive, then pray for the person. Realize it is easy to say but hard to do. This will set you both free.

I believe we are all capable of giving love 😍. And recovering from past lives that we once thought were impossible to make peace with...Only through love that. Is God .... Makes that possible.

Thank you! This was very helpful, I’m going to check out Radical Forgiveness. My mother has narcissistic personality disorder and I am her target and I’m not sure what complete forgiveness feels like in a situation like this. What I need is guidance from somebody with a similar belief system to help me make sure i’m clearing out the bad karma and know that I am forgiving fully.

Maybe you are a spineless person who always considers the other's position while neglecting your own needs? In this case you are a very sadistic person towards yourself. Universe is a mirror and thus you attracted sadists from outside. Just a thought, I don't know you of course.
@earthpictures77615 жыл бұрын
@@user-hm5hg9jy2t I am not sadistic person towards myself. I am very mature person who believe in goodness in people. I love life but it keeps letting me down because I am very honest and sincere. My problem is that I trust others, and that's because I had a very tough childhood. I attract liars and manipulators easily, that's why I ended up being hurt in almost every aspect of relationships whether work, love, friendship etc..
