Glad to hear you were a fan of Manimal too! I loved that show and even though it only lasted 8 episodes it made a huge impression on me. Always wanted to see a crossover with Manimal, Automan, and the Hulk!

Those figures are based on Manimal, the show and sometimes he would turn into a snake (not a specific type of snake but a snake in general), panther, and sometimes a bull or horse or a shark.

I finally figured that out shortly after filming the episode. I use to love that show. I think it was on Friday or Saturday nights because I remember bugging my parents that we needed to rush home to watch, lol. Wild! Would have loved these as a kid. Thanks for the info and watching!!

Do you remember a cheap off-brand line from the 80's that were meant to look like the zombies from the Thriller video? I think they were called "Chiller" but searching that gets nothing. I saw them at Children's Palace in the clearance aisle mid-late 80's. They were male and female undead figures about 5" with hair and cloth costumes and each came with a plastic coffin. Thanks for any help you can offer.

I had these little finger puppets back in the 70s that were like alien monsters...rubbery, with little dangly wavy hands...ever heard of them? i know this was an 80s show, but i can't recall any 80s monsters. i liked monsters in the 70s (universal and Alien)

Oh man those Manimal toys look awful. I would like to nominate several toys that spooked me as a kid but I loved them anyway: the giant hornet ship from Micronauts-Hornetroid! Disguyzor from Power Lords, and Vamp from Go-Bots. I also had Modulok from MOTU and buried his pieces in a box in my closet because he freaked me out. Thanks for another great video!

I was all about monster toys as a kid. I had all the remco 9in monsters as well as the smaller ones. I had the shogun godzilla and rodan ( I wish I still had rodan ,he's worth big bucks.) I also had the mattel gre gory vampire bat and the krusher. Those were more late 70s then 80s but it's close enuff

Anybody remember a toy line of monsters where you could swap the body parts? To make different monsters. They had a dracula a Swamp monster and other characters like that. I'm hoping somebody can help me because I know. I had it as a kid but I cannot remember the name of it. They were usually sold 2 in a package.

UK got Less Egg Monsters than Europe, UK never got Alien Baltan, Or the Godzilla ones. Yet did get the Gamera probally the only toy of him still in Europe officaly one which i still own along woth the Jason based ones. They is a kind of 80s copy cat line called meterorbs that are part of the He Man line. All those ones are just animals and Dinosaurs and a Robot though im sure in japan they was not part of that line.
