It is, but mostly for your fingers. You learn to place your hands flat on top of the frame when rolling, but in grade school I was too slow once and went straight across my fingers. Incredibly painful.

History lesson no one asked for: Dresden Bombing by the Brits and Americans 1945 (9 years after the footage was taken) Up to 25,000 civilians died, for details please look up yourselves. If the bombing was justifiable is a can of worms people argue about. What cannot be argued is that among the victims, there were innocent people. War is ugly, man. Btw, Dresden is a city in Germany.
