I make a similar desert sort of. My filling is a can of sweeten condensed milk, a tub of cool whip, and a thawed can of lemonade concentrate. Place in a graham craker crust and freeze. We call it a lemonade pie. You could substitute the kind of crust used and create a topping.

Was born in the early 80s, I can say this is the FIRST time I've ever seen this. Also, silicon molds? I don't remember seeing anything like that. This would have been made in a metal meatloaf pan. Then you'd be spending the next 5 mins slamming it down on the plate trying to get the chocolate to come loose because you wouldn't have sprayed it with PAM since you wanted the chocolate to stick to the sides.

I grew up and had my children in the 90's, i don't remember having or making this ever. In the UK we have single, double, whipping, pouring and clotted cream. I cannot find table cream on any shopping sites remember seeing it in all the years I've been shopping. Don't know what fractured chocolate is, or whatever he said now, ive forgotten, and as for the lemon powder, what's wrong with lemon juice? I kind of looks a bit like a bad version of a lemon posset, and they are not made like that and are very lovely if made correctly

One thing I do know, in the 80’s & 90’s I lived in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and New Mexico and that recipe never reached the areas where we lived!! NORMA COLLINS FROM TEXAS
