Oh, so glad to see your beautiful labels find their spots today. I visited a fabric 2nd hand store this morning. Found all kinds of fabric pieces for journal covers and ribbon and buttons and best of all….1960s sewing patterns!!! And all free! My little heart was pounding!

You can peel the hard cardboard off the thicker pieces and just use the top paper parts of the die cuts

I got a pair of UHU blue magic glue sticks to test not long ago, and one of those turned white about halfway through. So far, the second one is going strong. I like being able to see where the glue is, too.

Butterfly "antlers" - haha! Regarding the basket you got from your mom, which is not really available anymore, except maybe at thrift stores, a suitable alternative might be if you have Costco near you, their meat trays are made of sturdy clear plastic. I wash them and use them for all kinds of temp project storage. Works for me!

Hi Gayle. I'm sorting postage stamps as I watch (well, listen really) to you. Oh darn, that means I'll have to "watch" you again later today. 😁 But I'm finding these stamps so interesting. I have a ton of American Flag stamps and thought there's no way I could use them...until I started looking closer. There are stamps starting at 6 cents! Now that gives me something to work with! 😁 Anyway, your glue stick being white instead of purple might mean it's a "permanent" glue.
