WOW! We really like for King + Country. First time I heard this song. Really good. My dad has been gone since 1990. My father-in-law died on my birthday 5 years ago. Both men left us a legacy. Our son, who will be 50 this week, calls us everyday to check up on us. He lives in Missouri, we live in Ohio. What a blessing. God is good.

I love this song to! Just listened to it because I am wide awake thimking about my loveds ones I lost recently. So many times I want to call to tell them something and realize I can't. So I just tell God please give them this msg. I am so happy I saved over 20 msgs my mom left on my cell phone. I listen to them every week, I laugh I cry just to hear her voice, her laughter, and her saying she loves me. She is gone 3 years now but feels like yesterday. I had a birthday msg my dad left me but accidentally erased it. Would give anything to have it back. He passed 8 mos after my mom. And just recently in May my youngest sister passed, I have the sweetest msg from her I replay all the time. And lastly my niece passed away a couple weeks later, only 19. I have a butterfly video she sent me with her sweet voice. Those are my comfort go to's. I hope you can do the same. Until we see them again some glad morning. God bless you one and all.

I love it! I lost my dad in 2021 and the last time I hugged his neck was September 16 at my mom’s funeral. A week later he was in the hospital and when we were able to see him again there was plenty of equipment in the way of a good hug your neck hug. So to see the date of the hug in the video really did feel like a special hug from above. Praising God for using your amazing talent to comfort a daughter missing her dad today. ❤️✝️

My dad has been gone for more than 10 years. He wasn't around much when I was growing up (workaholic), but when I was in my 20s he changed and started to check in regularly. It drove me nuts. I was so broken by his lack of presence that him wanting to regularly be in my life... I didn't handle it well. There was so much between us. After he passed, I wished I had done more. Has tried harder to have the hard conversations with him. And that regret is hard to live with. As I listened to this, the Holy Spirit prompted me to forgive myself and move on. Forgiving myself is often harder than forgiving others,lol. Thanks for this song. It reminded me of the good things about my relationship with my dad. He did try.... and that matters.❤

This song's made me cry so many times. Lately I've been really missing my grandfather who died before I was born. I wish so much that I could have known him, wish he could see me, my sisters, my little nephew now. I wish I could call and talk to him. I wish I could've see he and Grammy together. I don't know how you can miss someone you've never even met so much. But it's also reminded me not to take advantage of the family I do have. So I try to make sure to call Grammy and my sister more often "just checkin' in." And try to spend more time with my sisters and parents while they're all right here.

Wow, what an amazing song. Beautiful, great job. My dad has been gone for over 20 years and i still miss him so, but throughout the song i was thinking about my sons and wishing that they had a better relationship with their dad. Our time on this earth is limited and to me , the heart of this song, is to make the most of the time we have together and its sad when people are alive and able, but chose not to engage and connect with those who love them. So appreciate your music and your ministry and can't wait to see the movie this spring. 🤗🤗

This hits home not knowing my dad for 17 years than we met and he was hit or miss just lost him 6 months ago and I had to pay for it all not really knowing him but he was my dad ish he could have been a dad and a grand dad to his grand kids but damn I still miss his random calls

My dad graduated to heaven in 2019. We used to call each other all the time like this. It hurts so much not to hear him anymore. There's so much I want to tell him face to face about how far I've come since then. I know one day I'll get to see him again but until then I'll just keep checking in. Thank y'all for your music. Heard this yesterday on an all night radio program. Special guest was one half of God and Country. He told the story of how he discovered this gem and that Lee had it on hold and so on...Anyhow I listened and I had to pull over cause tears were flowing. I lost my Dad seven years ago. For the first 4yrs, I had a voice-mail from him that I cherished. When I changed carriers, I lost it. But no one will convince that me catching that song yesterday was not him telling me that he's still checking in. I love you and miss you Dad😢❤
