is it me but why do the loads look like they are not completely on the rack? seems like the edge is hanging off a little bit. newbie here. please excuse.. haha

It's not you, the pallets are overhanging, as they should. The racks are shorter than most common pallets, so if you were to allign the pallet with the rack at the front, your pallet will have a big overhang at the back, which is unstable. If you leave some overhang at the front (2" or more, depending on the type of pallet) you should have equal overhang at the back. This also ensures that you don't bump into the racks with your forklift masts.
