It amazes me how some technicians will just assume the motor is bad with no testing. I've come to find with my company that the majority of the younger techs have no idea how to read a electrical diagram. The mechanical and electrical trouble shooting profession is a dieing breed. My company pays very well up over 30 dollars an hour and we cant find qualified people or people willing to get their hands dirty to do the job. I'm glad to see ur still at and working hard to satisfy the customers needs.

Currently I'm working here in the Philippines due to pandemic I did not return to Saudi Arabia. My specialization is an auto electrician for light vehicle. What I encountered here in this company is they purchased a brand new UN REACH TRUCK but after 2 months several problems came out. Like code 243, the gear hub of chopper motor has been drop due to damage allen bolt. It's my first time to handle an equipment like this it's hard to repair without diagram. I need to be familiarized to the system. What I'm looking for is how to reprogram the ZAPI DUAL AC2 & HP/POWER INVERTER without using scanner

As far as I know the zapi controller cannot be reprogrammed without using the digital console. Code 243 is a pump sequence error code which may occur if the lift potentiometer is not in neutral during start up.

@@forkliftgeek10 thanks for additional information sir, is there a chance if I get the EEPROM I.C. inside the functional ZAPI INVERTER then copy and save the file then reprogram the non-operational Reach Truck... we have 5 modules ZAPI inverter all are not working...

@@forkliftgeek10 Sir I already fix the code 243 because of the initial settings the drive tire should be in the center. In my case the chopper motor is operating but it cannot drive the main tire due to missing gear hub...

Yes, good point. It would point you to which input is not being received, but the I process would still be needed to verify the integrity of the wires. Thanks for the comment.

Hi have a Goodday,any ideas about error code AD-2 AD-5 and AD-6 this code appear on dashboard and alarm.then this have a 3 ac supply drive.the one ac drive the green led is on and the other two ac supply drive green led is not on!thanks

AD codes are communication related for toyota forklifts. Make sure battery voltage does not drop excessively. Check all wiring.
