Maybe you haven't reach level 3 in fair. You need to reach level 3 in fair to unlock these same events.

@@D.X.N.S.K no pain no gain genesis weapons and scars are not easy to get plus u are getting atv transmissions and special storages so totally worth it unless u r too poor in rss and don't want to grind much
