Love the design of the swordsman. Very creepy and birdlike. Cool project!

Your series got recommended to me randomly just now, and after watching it all I think you did a pretty good job! The atmosphere throughout the whole series is thick and shows the loneliness/eeriness of the place, which is further improved by the simple but well used sound design. I can see some influence of dark souls in the atmosphere, architecture and character design as well, nice! Plot is simple enough so far, but the above makes it captivating to watch. Soundtrack is also simple but very effective at conveying mood. The main character also lets some personality shines through, which is nicely done! As for some critique, the fight could've been choreographed much better. The main character feels like she's dodging purely out of luck/being out of range by a tiny bit without showing that she dodged out of the way, which makes the enemy feel like they're deliberately holding back or acting instead of fighting with intent to kill (biggest examples being the 1st and 2nd attacks by the enemy in this part). The fight overall felt floaty, especially when she parries seemingly large attacks and her body doesn't shift much. Sidenote, big plus for actually showing parrying in the sword fight instead of just bashing each other with bats like a lot of sword fights out there! When she was kicked back, she also slides back very casually instead of being in pain like you'd expect. Overall, pretty good animation series that I'm glad I stumbled upon! I'll be looking forward to the next part!
