But I received a first prize from one Mr.C.Rangachari,who was collector of E.G.District,way back in 1973(?).The prize was for my creativity in craft.Before that in 1970(?)I got a pat&prize from one Mr.Malakondayya the then IAS of E.G.District. also. Great opportunity for the Public to understand government system functionality's. I believe many people dont know the govt system how its running now and how it supposed to run . As LV sir said 20 Admin officers are enough to run system as expected, it means we dont have that strict officers now(Sad to hear that).
