Interesting that this man alone is being charged and convicted - conspiracy usually involves others. Also, he's 80 and has served almost 50 years, means this has been going on for a while - involving a Lot of people and businesses. Two years that’s it. This is a nonviolent felony, and I guarantee you that this man will not even do eight months in custody in a minimum security hotel. The former public officials gets fined $2 million but he probably took at least $50 million over the course of his career. This is a pretty lucrative job.
