If Donald Sterling was a racist why would have had you as a GM for so long. And your resume as a GM is not very impressive. You were a great player but a horrible GM, all of those high draft picks turned up nothing.

White plantation owners had black slaves working for them. During the late 1800's and early to mid 1900's many Southern Business owners had Blacks working basically for free in their industries as well as part of the Convict Leasing system. One major aim of Jim Crow was to keep Blacks under control and working at minimal cost to white business owners. Are you gonna tell me that they too weren't racist? Just because you have somebody Black working for you doesn't mean you aren't deeply racist. The whole point of the civil war was the perceived right that White plantation owners believed they had to keep Blacks enslaved and working for them. And please don't use that tired argument that the war was primarily about states rights. Because we all know it was about states rights to OWN SLAVES. Lastly, sharecropping, had the same goal. Are you trying to say that you can't answer your own question with a little knowledge of history and minimal abstract thinking?

He was a GM for 22 years 2 playoff appearances the clippers are one of worst all time franchises ever in sports. I'd say donald is not all there for not firing Baylor sooner. Baylor is cashing in and his lawsuit was at first for racial discrimination and then for age discrimination .Baylor was 78 consistently lost alot of bad descions.
