The fact that he has engaged us on the budgetary process is very refreshing. What i wonder is why other people's involved in running the government should come forward & give their perspective the way Moses has done. The differing opinions are healthy and i am waiting for treasury to respond to Mr wanjigi specic allegation that Euroboard was paid to individual account as opposed to consolidated accounts. I hope the administrator could facilitate it.

To spend is easy with inflated budget estimates allowing excess wasteages, but how many Eurobonds has Kenya received since 2014 and can it be traced in Kenya and Govt spending. Why is oil drilled in Kenya not active in public arena. Who then owns the Crude oil drilled in Kenya? What % does Govt get since the drilling began and how much has gone in personal pockets of individuals? Why does Parliament not just send the money to schools directly instead of having a Governor have his /her bursaries, a mp his /her bursaries and MCA has busaries to distribute, the areas reps their bursaries which has become more of a cash trap for the dishonest to pocket the loot. Education money can be handled by Principles and heads of Schools and accounted for directly. Must such an open mouth for dishonesty be fed because 'politicians'say it should?Must error be followed endlessly? My point is that,when is integrity to begin? See, the coat of arms should be displaying KENYA and not "harambee" as it does now. Politicians know the meaning of the phrase harambee and what the Constitution says against it displaying the phrase of worship to goddess Ambee. But instead of replacing the phrase on the Emblem with the name"KENYA, they prefer to LIE the citizenry that the phrase is a motto to signify fundraising or assistance. By this they trick the citizenry to worship Ambee by pronouncing the phrase Harambee. What a shame to the eyes of the Indians who know that the Politicians know but lie to their African folk.

County allocation were best should have remained sh 325B, from day1. The State Hse was running luxuriously well with sh4B. 2022this wanted was raised to sh8BYet it was a running Institution. So, 2023 should have seen the figure reduced to Sh4B. Is it a silence matter intentionally? Sh 4B that is not cut for austerity is much. Thanks.

We must address budgetary corruption, that is where the rot is coming from! The Controller of Budget Margaret Nyakang'o revealed her own salary was inflated threefold in the budget. This raises serious concerns about potential overspending in other areas.
