1. He’s under oath 2. He has documentation that he’s willing to disclose with congress in a SCIF because of the classified nature of the documents. 3. He’s willing to disclose and point congress where to get this information and what his sources are in a closed hearing or SCIF (to protect the identities of the people). It seems pretty compelling, especially since he’s under oath which can come with prison time if he lies and the fact that he’s says he will share the documentation in SCIF while under oath is compelling.
