Former JTF2 Assaulter Reacts To SAS Iranian Embassy Siege

Here's a quick story about one of the sas soldiers who stormed the embassy. In 2011 i was serving in the military in Greece.John mcaleese one of the sas soldiers in the embassy (the one with Captain's Price mustache)Was living in Northern Greece at the time. The military thought it would be a great idea during a military competion to place Mr. Mcaleese as one of the instructors in one of the events of the exercise. The exercise was in the middle of nowhere . Everyone would sleep on the ground for the period of the Ex. But the army had arranged a not that bad little building for John to sleep and have some warm food.When we told him that he said "I really appreciated it,but i am gonna sleep with the troops"He set up a smal tent,he unfolded his chair and chilled with us with a beer in his hands for the remaining of the ex. I remember that they were alot of teams that said."Fuck the score..we dont care if we get 1st or last place.We will chill with john so we could learn stuff and tell us stories and how we can improve" John mcaleese..was one of the best guys out there.Always super polite and always helpful. Hey Randy , former 2R22R here .. I remember the ads we received close to 2000 with the black JTF2 gear ! That being said there is a movie on operation NIMROD you just showed , called : 6 Days ( pretty good , they included some of the real footage )

Hey Mr Randy, what do you think of the firearm ban in Canada? I can't even go train. I want to get into military work someday and want that leg up when I get there. How are we suppose to be strong and free if we can't train skills let these? We should be a known ready and capable nation. Rifle in every bush.
