The super mayor is claiming that the council members are at fault. They never told her they were broke. She never saw any grant check, the counsel and finance departments must have mishandled or lost it. Never bought no car and refused to acknowledge she signed or did not sign a lease for the Tahoe. She has stopped employ3es from accessing computer programs they need to do their jobs. Does not even know who has a credit card issued by the locality. Claims she never signed no credit cards.

yeah, look into that water bill from chicago. granted, none of these places pay that because chiraq can't shut water off to them, but dolton is notable on that, too. back in 2016, as i recall the article being written (don't hold me to that), riley was warned that the village didn't have enough insurance, yet he didn't get any more. i think it was in 2016 when lead-foot lacey got into a police chase (dolton apparently has/had an oddly high amount of police car chases), someone got killed, and the city got sued. for $33.5M. and, that was later upheld. has dolton made any payments on that water bill? because all they had to do was make a good faith effort and chicago would have dropped the bill from $13M down to $9M, or numbers about that. because dolton isn't making any payments to anyone, anywhere, that doesn't affect their immediate operations, isn't their interest payment alone over a million a year?
