Brother when you’re in love, you tend to suppress your negative thoughts or even logic. He was probably thinking she loves me and she’ll sign it....I’m being paranoid, blah blah. It’s invalid if she signs before the wedding too. The prenup must be signed long before the wedding, and even safer with a professional witness. If she signed it before the wedding she could have claimed emotional distress even if there was none.
