Southern District of NY is the go to get convictions. Their reach far beyond their geographical boundaries. The Senator knows this but until he became their target he could care less. SDNY and DC need reform or in the case DC dissolved. Constitution guarantees a Federal District court to every state. DC is not a state. Senator Mike Lee is suggestive this may be needed if DC judges continue to exceed their authority.
