I think it is important to understand that ECL is a patriot. If he didn’t love Zambia, he would have just retired. He got paid a lot of money by the Zambian government according to the constitution. It is also important to note that even though inflation is high, the effect on his wellbeing is very minimal and we cannot say the same for ordinary citizens of our country.

Here’s the definition of the term in question for you, from Oxford Dictionary: “The group of people with the authority to govern a country or state; a particular ministry in office.” Two questions arise from this definition: Who gives this group of people the authority to govern? And if they looted the resources of the country, why not take them to court? Do you, the self proclaimed intelligent one[by implication], think that HH would have not put ECL behind bars using the state apparatus, if there was prima facie evidence of what you are alleging? I rest my case!
