Russell should've been benched to his first 2-3 years to mature and not take the whole blame for them losing. His blame is he was arrogant. That with coaches trying cover their own behind instead of fixing him was a death sentence. Look at his LSU highlights vs Raider highlights. His footwork was good then became bad. That's coaching and him not putting in the work.
