Carole was part of American royalty. Everyone knows Lee, Jackie, and the Kennedy family. No one knew who Andy Cohen was until scandalous RHOA made him a quasi fake celebrity. Carolyn Bessette knew Carole and befriended her during the time her late spouse passed on. Andy strikes me as a lone wolf who doesn’t have many real friends.
