There are many mass gravesites being discovered that each hold an estimated 200,000+ people and the people that were tasked with covering the bodies with dirt say that is just a guess and it could be much more. Assad also ordered bodies to be cremated en mass and prisoners have come out and said they were forced to watch guards in sednaya pour acid on bodies to dissolve them. Those are just prisoners.
