Im out on Amy now! Ownership is the PROBLEM!! Why wouldn’t you give Ran one more year with this whole crew to see what they could do in the draft and free agency? You’re starting to hear little nitpicks and excuses about why Ran isn’t the guy… that’s bullshit!!! Everybody has their gifts… Ran Is really good at talking with people and connecting… That’s why we were able to acquire so many good free agents! They came here because of Ran!! How many them do you think wanna be part of this team now? Does anybody, when they make these decisions, consider how the players feel about things? Ultimately, they’re the ones that are going to win and lose ball games for you… T Sweat and JC - those are Rans guys… what if they start thinking - this organization sucks -I want to go play somewhere else! You have to consider everybody involved, including the players. This was a shit move! I think the whole staff and all of the players should revolt and force the league to force Amy to sell this franchise! forget new coach, new GM… let’s get new GM new coach and new owner. And a new name for this franchise. I like “the Titans” But that name has got a lot of bad juju around it. How about the Tennessee stallions or the Tennessee thunder or the Tennessee stampede or the Tennessee Tsunamee’s… I guess I’m just ready for change all the way around… I was really looking forward to see how Callahan and Carthon did with this draft and free agency😕

Commenting on this like you know what's going on internally is crazy. It's like trying to comment on somebody's marital issues without knowing the dynamics or the issues themselves. Unless you're in the room, all you are doing is speculating. This type of behavior is dangerous, because it can lead to false accusations such as racism, bigotry, etc. Ran did some really good things, but also some not so good things. He definitely got a few names on the roster, but the rest of the roster was so bad. There were just too many holes on this roster. It's important to remember that at the end of the day, this is a business, and you have a person who owns and runs this business. And anyone who understands business, understands that it's about profit and sustainability. Nothing about this team screams profit or sustainability. These two things are very important to a business owner.
