Secondly the election fraud is where there is only a limited amount of monies or gifts a candidate can receive and must declare. This was a gift that helped his campaign in 2016. Had he not been so cheap and paid her cash back in the day, there would be nothing there.

Prior to Bragg's indictment, Southern District of NY prosecutors investigated Trump's alleged campaign finance violations, as did the Federal Election Commission, but both declined to pursue the case because Trump used his own money, not campaign finance money, and because reimbursing someone for a hush-money payment does not fit the definition of an in-kind campaign contribution. In fact, candidates do not have to disclose expenses that would have been incurred even if no campaign existed.

Good God from the photo just showed of djt he is looking terrible. He has aged quite a lot in the past few months! At this rate there’s not going to be much of him left by the time November rolls around. He is looking haggard, bloated, swollen, and utterly exhausted. This has to be wearing on him emotionally and mentally as well as physically. He less able to hide his faltering abilities to speak without garbling his words! The best solution is for the judge to order the contemptuous, disgraceful, twice impeached former POTUS to arrive at 7 am each morning of the trial, spend 3 hours in jailed isolation, attend court, be re-jailed whenever the jury is excused, spend all other court recesses in the cell, then be returned there for a minimum of 4 hours after the end of the day's proceedings. This might make him reconsider his conduct!
