It’s the ladder teleport glitch. Pull out and raise the syringe up then interact with a ladder and don’t let go of the syringe raise animation until you’re ready to teleport. You can delay the teleport by keeping the syringe up as much as possible

I think the ps3 version is mostly similar but the syringe glitch is either buggy or doesnt work at all in some situations. Sliding works as well but is harder.
