You can make the cut at the 90degree corner longer so the material bends easier with the radius part. You'll have a longer weld, but a lot less bulging on the outside. But nice work!!

Good. I started operating breaks in the mid 80's making blow pipe transitions and elbows. 16 ga through 3/8 plate. All layed out first on 26 ga flashing. How does your company cut out the flat patterns? Plasma table? Water jet? Or laser table? Or are they still done by hand?

These were plasma cut. My dad was a Sheetmetal mechanic and that's were I learned this from. He just had a hand brake but its easier with a hydraulic press.

@@bruneprune i cant find anyone in tucson who makes blow pipe. Unless i spend $500,000!
